CHANGES OR RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased over the Internet,you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your purchase. Before making this return the customer must contact Optica Bassol.

STEPS TO MAKE CHANGES OR RETURNS

DEADLINES

  • You have 14 calendar days to communicate the change or return and make the shipment.
  • In total 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to make the return or exchange.
  • If the item has any damage you must inform us within 48 hours.
  • For defects caused by factory you have 2 years warranty.

FORM

  • To request a return, for any reason, just send us an email to info@opticabassol.com or call us at 93 122 60 35indicating the reason for the exchange or return, name, address and purchase data.

COST

  • The customer is responsible for managing and paying for the return shipment. The country of return is Spain.

MANAGEMENT

  • All returns are managed and processed by the BASSOL ONLINE team after receiving the order between 3 and 5 days.
  • Once we receive and verify the status of the return, we will proceed to refund the amount of the value of the returned goods(transportation costs and possible customs charges will not be refunded, since the services have been provided).
  • In order to make a return it is essential that the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and must include all the elements that came with it, such as the case and the cleaning cloth, unused. Otherwise, there will be a penalty for the material not included in the return.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

  • After processing the return within 24/48h, you will receive the amount by the same method of payment used.

CUSTOMS - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Some countries may have import taxes and customs costs, please check with your local authorities. If the shipment of the package generates customs charges and taxes, these will be borne by the customer.

Please note that Bassol Optic operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take charge of customs fees, Bassol Optic will not refund the amount of the order or take charge of the package. It is important to put a correct address and a contact telephone number. P.O. Box is not accepted. In some occasions, the United States Customs Authorities ask their citizens to provide their Social Security number to release the imported merchandise.

Restocking Fees.

If your order is for 4 or more items, you must retain at least 25% of your order to avoid a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10% of the total cart value. For example, if you order 8 items for a total cost of 800€ and retain only one item, then there is a restocking fee of 80€ in addition to the price of the unreturned item. Therefore, we recommend that you order 3 items. Please note that this applies to orders per week, therefore multiple orders in a week will be treated as one order and subject to the above fee. This rate applies due to non-refundable bank fees and other associated costs.

Optica Bassol reserves the right to refuse returns communicated after the deadline, customized products that could not serve a third party (such as replacement prescription glasses or non-prescription glasses with blue filter) or products that present different conditions at the time of shipment.
