The standard price appears at the time of payment and covers the expenses caused by the transport of the shipment.

Shipping in process

During the reception of an order, the request will be confirmed with the "Processing Order" form. On weekends and holidays, orders are not confirmed.

Once confirmed the order will proceed to check with our stock. In times of great demand it is possible that the delivery time exceeds the established. If so, we will contact you to establish a new delivery date.

Bassol Optics will apply the following rates depending on the shipping areas:

Spain:

• Peninsula: Correos Express | 4,99€
• Baleares: 9.00 €.
• Canary Islands: 16.00 € (Correos).

DHL Express, FedEx Express, UPS Standart, UPS Express Saver:

• You can check the different prices for shipping at checkout according to the postal code and the transit time to your destination.

DUA Customs Management:

Shipments destined outside the European Union (EU), Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may be subject to certain information requirements and customs procedures prior to their departure (export) according to the customs legislation in force, mainly for reasons of international security.

These information requirements make it possible to expedite the customs procedures at destination and to have a greater traceability of shipments.

DDP, Duties and taxes:

The exported goods may be subject to certain customs duties and taxes depending on the content, value and other factors in the cases legally admissible. Any unforseen costs incurred after this point will need to be assumed by the recipient of the shipment (the importer) in order to proceed with the release of the pending shipments of customs processing.

Transport and delivery

The transit times vary according to the destination and the most appropriate shipping system, varying from 1 to 7 days depending on the area. Transit of a shipment by registered mail can take approximately two weeks.

In times of high demand delivery may exceed this term. If so, the buyer is notified to agree on a new delivery date.

For deliveries, the transport agency will contact the buyer to specify the date and time at the address specified when ordering. The final bill for the value of the purchase is enclosed with the package is eventually delivered to the customer.

CUSTOMS - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Some countries may have import taxes and customs costs, please check with local authorities. If the shipment of the package incurs customs duties and taxes, these will be borne by the customer. Please note that Bassol Optic operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take care of customs fees, Bassol Optic will not refund the amount of the order and will not take care of the package. It is important to provide a correct address and a contact telephone number. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. In some occasions, the U.S. Customs Authorities ask their citizens to provide their Social Security number to release the imported merchandise.

Note: Our express courier service providers have suspended the shipment of packages containing personal effects destined for Countries at War.
