Optica Bassol ships to all countries in the world with the following companies:

The standard price appears at the time of payment and covers the costs incurred by the transport of the shipment.

Shipping procedure

During the reception of an order, we will proceed to the confirmation of the request with the status "Processing Order". On weekends and holidays, orders are not confirmed.

Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed to check with our stock. In times of high demand it is possible that the delivery time exceeds the established. If so, we will contact you to establish a new delivery date.

SHIPPING RATES

Optica Bassol will apply the following rates depending on the shipping zones:

Spain:

  • Peninsula: GLS Business Parcel |Free of charge
  • Peninsula: Correos Express |4.99€
  • Balearic Islands: 9.00€.
  • Canary Islands: 16.00€ (Correos).
  • Ceuta, Melilla: 16.00€ (Correos).

DHL Express, FedEx Express, UPS Standart, UPS Express Saver:

  • You can check the different prices for shipping at checkout according to zip code and transit time to your destination.
DUA Customs Management:

Shipments destined for destinations outside the European Union (EU), Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may be subject to certain information requirements and customs formalities prior to departure (export) according to current customs legislation, mainly for international security reasons.

These information requirements allow us to speed up customs procedures at destination and to have a better traceability of our shipments.

DDP, Customs duties and taxes: exported goods may be subject to certain customs duties and taxes depending on the content, value and other factors in legally admissible cases. These amounts will be required to the consignee of the shipment (the importer) in order to proceed with the release of the shipments pending customs clearance.

Transportation and deliveries

Transit times vary according to the destination and the most appropriate shipping system, varying from 1 to 7 days depending on the zone. Transit of a registered mail shipment can take approximately two weeks.

In times of high demand it is possible that this period may be exceeded. If so, the buyer will be notified to agree on a new delivery date.

For deliveries, the transport agency will contact the buyer to arrange a date and time at the address indicated when placing the order.

CUSTOMS - COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Some countries may have import taxes and customs costs, please check with local authorities. If the shipment of the package generates customs duties and taxes, these will be borne by the customer.

Please note that Bassol Optic operates from the European Union. If the customer does not want to take charge of customs fees, Bassol Optic will not refund the amount of the order or take charge of the package. It is important to put a correct address and a contact telephone number. P.O. Box is not accepted. In some occasions, the United States Customs Authorities ask their citizens to provide their Social Security number in order to release the imported merchandise.

Note: Our express courier service providers have suspended the shipment of packages containing personal effects destined for Countries at War.
